2. Educational Services

Rayyan Coding School provides online programming courses, educational resources, mentorship, projects, and career guidance for learning purposes.

All content is provided for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, financial, or employment advice.

3. No Employment Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality education and career guidance. However, we do not guarantee employment, internships, interviews, freelance projects, salaries, promotions, or any specific career outcome.

Student success depends on many factors including individual effort, technical skills, communication skills, experience, market conditions, and employer requirements.

4. Placement Assistance

Where placement assistance is provided, it may include resume reviews, interview preparation, portfolio feedback, referrals, career guidance, and similar support.

Placement assistance is not a guarantee of employment.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to share your login credentials with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized sharing, abuse, piracy, or fraudulent activity.

6. Payments

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay or other approved payment providers.

We do not store your credit card, debit card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials on our servers.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailingshadilrayyan1@gmail.com with your payment ID. Refunds are processed manually and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

After 7 days from purchase, all purchases are final and no refunds, exchanges, or partial refunds will be provided, except where required by applicable law.

Our subscriptions do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated. Your access remains active until the purchased period expires.

8. Intellectual Property

All videos, lessons, projects, source code, documents, graphics, branding, logos, and other educational materials are the intellectual property of Rayyan Coding School unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, redistribute, record, resell, upload, publicly share, or commercially use any part of our content without written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy or redistribute course materials.
• Upload malicious software.
